I JUST WANT TO CANCEL!!

I have now called 808 3 times asking for the amount required to pay in to cancel my contract as well as requesting the paperwork that is needed to cancel. The first time I was told someone would call in 3 working days, no call. Second time I called I was told the stuff was emailed to me and thats why i wasnt called, the email was not sent to my email address. The 3rd time I called I was told the email was sent but it was never received by me, so they assured me i would receive it within the next 2-24 hours. A week later....still nothing. Perhaps, when a customer with my average spend requests to cancel, you should ask why.....now you know!! Your service is absolutely pathetic! Send me the buy out amount and my cancellations papers TODAY!
