I just want my number back
<p>I have been using my number ( ********** 857) since 2009. Problems started on the 13th April when I got an sms for a sim swap request which I declined. I got confirmation sms that the request was cancelled. Few hours later my simcard was no longer working. I called customer care even went to the store still no assistance. All I have been told is that my number has been given to a contract customet. I just want my number back </p>
Please advise on when and how will I recieve feedback? I need to be kept on the loop as to how far are you with the investigation. Knowing Mtn this auto reply will be the last responce I get. I need feedback on what has been done so far and I need to know who do I call to follow up.
