I just want my itemised billing report
<p>I have been asking for My itemised billing report for March 21st - May 20th since towrds the end of May. </p> <p>I have made several attemps. Almost 9 asking for this and still no one asking. A Malik was the last one to assist (same with his supervisor from the Durban Call Centre(Liyanda Hlophe)) - Ref for the call is ********** 25.</p> <p><br />I was also assisted by a Bongiwe on 9 June. Nothing happened. </p> <p> </p> <p>Charity (Durban Call Centre) and Veliswa Vela (from Joburg Call Centre).</p> <p> </p> <p>They have escalated several times and I am still waiting. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I have failed to claim my money from my employer because of this silly incompetence. </p> <p> </p> <p>All this also centres around an email from one Brannom Diedricks who claims to have sent to mey email but I got notything. </p> <p> </p> <p>WHY WHY WHY can't I just get the statement. I have not done anything wrong to MTN. I pay in good time but I am being treated like a beggar and its not productive for me.</p>
