I just loaded R50 of air time so I can convert it 1gb for R49 and when I went to check if it's loaded all my airtime was gone.I then contacted the 173 call center both agents told me my mobile data was on and the whole R50 has been used Sorry
All my airtime of R50 just disappeared and the call centre told my sorry we can't help I must load airtime. Sorry .this is a pure day light robery and it's shocking. I'm so disappointed and should just move to Vodacom.
