I just don't know what to do anymore please assist

Up to now my problem is not solved, since from march i have been complaining about mtn, they keep on deducting money from my account and for something that iam not even benefing from.... They are sending data to the wrong person but deducting money from my account, i went to the store several times they don't even know what to say to me, they have failed me. I wrote to mtn south africa they said they will fix my problem but they didn't, iam so tired about Mtn,,, MTN quagga centre Pretoria they are not helping at all, their service is very bad, now they tell me that they won't even refund me, can MTN train their staff to avoid problems like this. Its been more than 10 months and nothing is happening
