I HOPE THAT AI WILL REPLACE CALL CENTER HUMANS!!!

Horrible experience. Bought a New simcard ( Prepaid). Got an sms saying i should recharge with R5 onceoff to be able to recieve sms from NON MTN numbers. Did that 4 TIMES, Called the Call center 4 TIMES to reset settings, this morning i called again to log a case, she took al the details and put me on hold. After 45MINS the called just went off. THIS IS HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE NETWORK!!!!!
