I have over a month wating for my refund

I have bought a type c changer at the mtn in Norkem mall it did not work on my power bank, I returned the charger, and I was told to wait for the guy who sold it for me to refund me. fine i came back on the 20th of September and he gave me the refund document to fill and said i will receive the money in 7 days is the 23 rd of October still no money is not much is R150 but is my money I need it. I called and he said he will escalate the matter looks like it is a problem to refund on the clients. please hello peter help me to get my money back
