I have no idea where to now?!
On 3 March 2015 I phoned Mtn to migrate my 3 cell phone top-up contracts to pay as you go. After I have requested the migration, I was given a ref nr: ***. I noticed payments of R516.50 for end March and April going off. I no longer use the main mtn sim card, therefore finding it difficult to get through to them on their 808 nr. I posted several requests on their facebook wall, requesting someone to call me since I can not leave them an inbox from my blackberry phone, and every time the person from mtn asks exactly the same thing. I am now close to R1600 out of pocket, and need to be refunded please. I desperately need that money, that's why I have migrated to pay as you go in the first place.
