I have never experienced service like this. I have been at MTN for more than 22 years, and mostly on their premium package. I simply can't talk to any agents, and when i phone a store like Cresta, the people are simply not interested to help, and slam the phone in my ear when i ask for a name, due to shocking service.i have been billed again more that R 1000 for the handset even after my contract is paid up. Wonder from how many people they get handset monthly payment every month for nothing. ****************
