I have made a manual payment after MTN did not debit me and 3 days after they debited me and told me the money is pending in my bank when I went to my bank there was NO PENDING PAYMENTS TO MTN I HAVE MULTIPLE TIMES ASKED FOR A TEAM LEADER OR MANAGER TO CALL ME AND THEY REFUSE Still waiting for my refund it’s been past 48 hours already and I kept being told it’s being looked into they now have R3000 of me and is refusing to have a manager call me I have submitted all documents needed they have confirmed the manual payment I made showed on account on Saturday 07/03/2026 yet they debit my account a day before I WANT A SENIOR MANAGER TO CALL ME AND I WANT THIS SORTED TODAY WITH MY MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT
