I have been using my MTN number for the past 10 years

I have been using my MTN number for the past 10 years.then I went to change my physical simcard to a e-sim around 27th May . And my simcard was then deactivated on the 02/06/25 apparently 90 days had passed without any recharge or calls made to my number . My number was then given to someone who changed it from a prepaid sim to a contract sim while I was still using the number . They said someone took over it ,of which I did not approve such or don’t know anything about .so now my e-sim is blocked and they changed it to a contract sim without my approval. And I sent MTN proof that I was using the number and 90 days had not passed without me receiving calls or making a recharge to it .
