I have been using MTN for year and taking contracts with them and I have never experienced any problems, only this year I signed a contract in july for only one phone but they delivered to phone which I realised I won't be able to pay them, apparently the devices were sent by Mondo company which is working with MTN the devices were received on the 16/07/2025 and returned back to the nearest MTN on 17/07/2025, After confirming with the consultant that there will no cancellation fees. But not from August they started debating and queried regarding the debate that was not expected, emailed them and called them several times, September I was debated again queried the debate but for September they debited twice . Now I was told that I was charged for cancellation, on their side it's shows that the cancellation was processed in August. Peter please assist me I need your help
