I have been trying to cancel 2 contracts with MTN for 3 weeks now. No one answers the phone. Clearly they want your contract business, but you dare not cancel, because then they do not talk to you. I called the MTN Oakfields branch to try and get some assistance or another contact number, but was bluntly told they cannot help me. I am totally outraged by the service I am or should I say NOT receiving. I have been a customer of MTN for 20 plus years, and this is what I have to put up with !!!!!!!
