I have been subscribed to MTN rugby predictors and Baseplay stream

I have been subscribed to MTN Baseplay stream and MTN Rugby predictors. Last month I called MTN to remove this from my contract number they said they will and confirmed that they have done so. Today when I call them they say they can’t do it I should do it by myself, I have explained to them that I have lost the number and at some point I called MTN to block that number because I am no longer using it. I don’t know why I was subscribed to this nonsense. They have been charging me a lot of money for it and they said they can’t unsubscribe me so they want to continue charging me a lot of money.
