I have been struggling from the 23rd of November

I have been struggling from the 23rd of November. I've sent an email to MTN to send my upgraded phone via the courier. They told me it would be delivered on the 1st of Desember. In the meantime, I have canceled the order because there is no communication. When I went to MTN today, they did not cancel my order, and the order is somewhere with the courier. I can't complain about the service because there is none!!!
