I have been de*****ed by MTN

MTN service sucks. They are refusing to pay me the money I paid upfront. It is now 2 months while chasing without any success. Maybe they want me to give up on my money.

Will you please assist me. I have been following up on my refund for almost 2 months without success. I have been sent around to all your departments without been helped till now.
