I have been an MTN customer for longer then 2 and a half years my paiments are all up to date I have never skipped any payments I got a call from MTN and they informed me that I had won a WiFi packige and that along with my cellphone it would only cost me

I have been an MTN customer for longer then 2 and a half years my paiments are all up to date I have never skipped any payments I got a call from MTN and they informed me that I had won a WiFi packige and that along with my cellphone it would only cost me R450 a month I was told that the WiFi router could be charged for times of loadshedding but I was **** to it doesn't charge and the WiFi is so slow and as if that's not the worst thing all of a sudden they informed me that I would have to pay R816 but when they told me about it, it was only going to be R450 after accepting it all of a sudden the price was not the same as what I was led to belive then when I called them I was informed that there's nothing that can be done. To me that was a real slap to my face, after being a loyal customer for more then Two years I feel betrayed if anyone can help me I would really appreciate it.
