I have airtime but can't call another MTN number
I have R36 airtime left on my phone but I can't call another MTN number as it says my airtime is depleted.

Unfortunately this is an ongoing network problem we are frequently experiencing, it is recommended that you turn off the Background app refresh application on your device and it also helps to turn off the cellular data application when calls are not going through.
