I have a cellphone contract with mtn

I have a cellphone contract with mtn. Every month my service gets suspended due to none payment, even though I paid on time through easypay and forwarded the proof of payment to them. What annoys and ****es me off the most is that when they realise their mistake they don't bother apologising to me or offering some compensation or relief for the stress, grief and inconvenience they put me through. I know they have a department that monitors reviews on this site. I will leave my account number should they wish to follow up on this review, which I doubt 😏 my account number is BA*** or F***
