I have 2 contracts with mtn, called them 3 weeks back to change my debit dates as my salary date has been changed to the last day of month, on the 30th of June i called then again to check if the debit orders are in place for that day, spoke to a lady who confirmed that it in place, when i check my debit orders noticed that they deducted for 1 contract, called them again and was told that they only place debit order for 1 contract, advice the lady that i was speaking to, to deduct on Thursday for the other account once off and month end they will deduct for both as per arrangement and they still haven't deducted, so i dont know if this is they way you guys want to make money, i know that you will be charging me interest for defaulting where else is not my problem, are you trying to rip me off, the next thing it will affect my ITC
