i HATE MTN !!! They're insensitive and don't have morals (BA***)

i'm very disgusted as i write this Review by MTN , i took contract year back for my Mother of which the contract had lapsed and now running on month to month . She passed on in December 2020 and her Phone was ****** in January 2021 . i have made numerous calls to cancel this contract and block the number but MTN keeps on Billing me even when told then in writing and in calls that i don't want the contract anymore . Their sales people keep on phoning for me to upgrade the number for the same of my Mothers memory , what kind of Bull**** is this ?.... every month i reverse debit orders from them and they keep on sending Bills with Arrears , why am i paying for something that i made clear for months that i don't want . i wish there was an option to attached emails/proof on this system . I'm disgusted and i HATE MTN with every beat of my Heart . you can blacklist me i don't care , i will take this to ombudsman "You will not get a cent from me as long as i'm alive"
