I hate MTN!

I so hqte MTN! It's been 2 weeks and they still cannot pay out my refund! Call after call logged, call after call just sitting, no action! I am so frustrated!!! And not 1 person at MTN can give the same turnaround time! Horrible service, horrible netword provider!!!
