I hate MTN bunch of steaming turds

3rd hellopeter complaint for the same issue. Finally after many fights, hijacked trucks, call not being answered. I finally got my new phones, only to find that the sim they have sent are not for these phones and no one can help me because the phone was somehow activated. This was no done by me though! Cynthia at retentions **** to me and 2 other retention agents transferred me through to the wrong place who could help me!!! Why are you so useless, you have driven me to the point in which I started swearing, I am a calm person not one person at MTN can tell me what to do I spent 3 hours on the phone! So now you will cancel the phone, collect these phones, and cancel everything and dont you dare charge me a thing or get one of those turds in detentions to call me, MTN are a useless sack of dog poo that have staff that are under trained and have no understanding of how to resolve this!!!!! I am so enraged with MTN that I can hardly speak. I hate your brand and the **** that you have put me through. You should be ashamed to call yourselves a company and more ashamed of the service that you offer. I have done everything to sort this out hours and hours of calls, sympathetic towards your driver that was hijacked, follow up time and time again. I wish someone at MTN that was a decision maker read this and realised how bad the service is. Everyone listening to my calls in the office cannot beleive how ******* this service is!
