I hate Mtn
<p>Mtn is full of sit. Some one upgraded my contract with out my agreement. Everything was ********** and they did even pick it up. So here I am call the centre because my line was suspended and I asked the call agent when is my last instalment for my contact and she advised that I did an upgrade. What the duck. I'm so angry because I know I did do that. So now have 2 go 2 the branch n query that. Nxa..... I hate Mtn. They don't have the right equipment 2 prevent things like this. I want nothing 2 do with Mtn. I will make sure that my family n friend leave Mtn. And I'm also going 2 do the same. Nxa</p>

Kindly fax an affidavit clearly stating that you did not request the upgrade and also include your certified ID copy. The ID copy and the affidavit must be certified on the same date then fax the documents to ***.
