I hate mtn
I specifically asked for insurance on my phone because i have epilepsy so that if I fall my phone is insured. Now theres no insurance on my phone and mtn says its my problem not theirs. I am starting to hate mtn. They are useless and ill never get a contract by them ever again. This is the second time that theyve led me down. The first time they lost my phone that was sent in for factory default. They clearly dont want to keep their customers and dont care about good customer service
