I Hate MTN!!!!
Another reason I hate MTN! My pensioner mother got a contract on a Nokia Asha phone from MTN which she is still paying for, About 3 months back the buttons on her phone stopped working and she took it in for repairs. Some unfriendly woman at the Westgate (Roodepoort) store booked in the phone. About 2 months later my mother went back to the store to inquire the progress. They told her it will cost almost the value of the phone to repair it. She told them to rather send the phone back as it wont be worth it. Another month later the phone arrived and she was asked to Pay R300 to release the phone because MTN is charging transport cost. WHAT THE ****!!!! WHAT THE ****!!!! First of all if she is still paying for the contract why is the phone not fixed because its not older the 2 years and is still under warrantee? Secondly why the **** must she pay to release the phone because you *****es did not even fix the ****in phone???? <br> Your organization is DISGUSTING! and that is why I will never be part of such a **** company! Expect to hear from my mothers Lawyers ************S!!!!
