I had a very bad experience with MTN

I had a very bad experience with MTN. I upgraded my data contract on the 27th of Nov, 2023. My data was supposed to be loaded on the 17th of December, but it was loaded. I have been calling MTN every day for about two weeks trying to get help. I am told someone did not activate my promotional data and they have submitted a query on my issue. Till today, I'm still told that my query is still pending and they are investigating. Worse, I have to pay for my data while I have a contract with MTN to provide for it.
