I had a contract with Mtn and it was cancelled without my consent...I was supposed to receive my monthly data on 12 November which I had paid for and it was not sent And when I do a follow up with them am always transfered between the following divisions, customer care, retention. Cancellations and contract. This month on 1st of December 2023 I was again debited on a non existing contract.. On 1st December 2023 I called again and no assistance regarding my complain again.
