I had a contact with them which was subsequently closed in 2021.. This resulted in a missed payment on my credit report.. Furthermore, 3 years later an unauthorized debit order went off my bank account on the 25th of July. I have sent numerous emails to them and to date no response from them.. I called the call centre as well and get no positive response
