I got the worst service from MTN bought momo data for R199 (MY MTN HOME) tried connecting but not winning, called the momo department and they refer me to the customer service till the technical but still no connection

I got the worst service from MTN bought momo data for R199 (MY MTN HOME) tried connecting but not winning, called the momo department and they refer me to the customer service till the technical but still no connection. I mean why should 1 struggle so much I used this data before no issue and now it’s a different story. Honestly this is the worst’s see ever for someone who has bee with MTN FOR MORTHAN 20 years.
