I give up

I have no idea why I switched from vodacom to MTN. What was I thinking??? !!!! I was sold an MTN by an amazing agent when I received the sim i tried to Rica via the app but no luck. I didn't even attempt to wait in the 3hr queues. But eventually got it done. After 7 calls made 7 different call centre agents 7 different stories as to why my sim card isn't working. Just to discover that the wrong sim was Rica because received 2 Sims with my delivery. And yes I had to figure that out all on my own. I don't have time to wait in a for hrs therefor I assumed the call centre will be my only hope to get this sorted. But no luck... my debit order is due on 20 October and I think didn't use this sim. 🙃 I work in the customer service industry. But by far MTN is the worst. So let's see how it'll take you yiu to get back to me!!! 14 workings days😂😂😂 I hate to complain but this is my only hope. It'll see if I get heard.
