I Found a Star at MTN

I called this afternoon to get a copy of my current statement, as something seems to have happened to my MTN login and spoke to Nthabiseng Ngwenya. She understood in an instant, emailed my statement, recognised an error on my file that explained the reason why I'm not getting my statements, explained what she was doing and what I should expect (sms's with reference numbers on the cases she raised) and all in a few minutes - she was STELLAR. A far cry from the man early in the day who promised the emails and yet didn't deliver. I would love a formal opportunity to rate and review both, one maybe needs training and one who could give it.... Thanks Nthabiseng, I wish all of MTN performed at your exceptional standard....
