I FEEL ****** BY MTN

I received my upgrade device from MTN on 15th April 2021. The 20GB promotional data was never loaded, till today 01 June. I phone them to query the Data from 16th they confirmed that it would take 48 hours to load. After a number of complaints, they kept promising to sort it out which they never did. They changed the tune to say it was loaded. I asked for proof that the data was loaded they never provided it till today.
