I feel like MTN is targeting me with horrible service

It’s been about 5 weeks I’ve complained about a number of horrible services with no feedback from MTN. The last consultant I spoke advised that her manager will call me, till today I’m still waiting. I have data on my phone that I can not use and not explanation provided
