I feel as if I am MTN's hostage.

My relationship with MTN has always been a love hate one. In the past I have migrated an MTN account to Vodacom but by bad luck my dial up modem, tablet and another cellular telephone have remained with MTN and I, the sucker always believe service will improve. I have three devices under contract with MTN yet service remains non-existent. Currently I drive 10 km for connectivity. I have an MTN Yargi installed on my premises, yet no connectivity. If I had the ability to cancel my debit order to MTN I would, however this has to happen from MTN's side. I have attempted and failed to communicated successfully with MTN and I am tired of holding the line at my expense to solve MTN riddles and press a host of numbers for service. I have clients which have fired me as a result of not being able to respond in time to business related queries. I think it is shocking to be a paying customer supporting MTN with three devices yet the word SUPPORT from MTN my Service Provider is ZERO. I am prepared to get legal. As far as I am concerned MTN is in breach of contract. No Service Delivery.
