I dread the day...

So... I'm unable to access the internet on my phone. it's been over week now. let me tell the about the level of ****tivity I'm on.
1. we had some construction work done at the house over the week. after the kitchen fitters had done their work realized that I still did not have internet access on my phone so that I can do an eft payment. that resulted in me having to leave the builders alone in my house, risking being cleaned out of my possessions so that I can go to the branch to make a transfer to them. I don't think MTN realizes that for every R100 you transfer the branch charges you 20% which is R20 in bank charges. I had to pay the guys 12k for their services but because MTN staff are on strike, instead of R12 008.60 I would have paid for the transaction I ended up paying R14 200.00... Thanks a ***n lot MTN!!!
2. Was supposed to go down to Durban today, had to change my flight details and pay taxes because of traffic going to OR Tambo and I couldn't check in online which would have just meant all I had to do when I got to the airport was ship myself to the boarding gate and be on my merry way... Again... THANKS A ***N LOT MTN.

Hello Mp****ntja,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

It could be one of two things, if you cannot access the internet in your house specifically then you might have network coverage issue in which case you would need to send an email to ***.

If it is a handset issue then you will need to take the device to the nearest MTN service centre where a data specialist can have a look at the internet settings in the device.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Thank you
