I DON'T WANT TO LOOSE MY MTN CONTRACT (PLEASE HELP MTN)
Hi MTN,
I am very sad an actually I don't know what to do. I AM A VERY LOYAL CLIENT. I have had my MTN account for 10 years almost now and I never had an issue with my account. In 2017 I changed employers and they gave me a business telephone allowance of R500. In order for me to benefit from my allowance I had to move my account over to the company business account. I started with a new employer now in 2019 and I now have a mobile allowance of R800 a month. The new employer do not have a business account. I supp**** all the required documents for the transfer of the account to go off my old employer and to move over to my own personal account (which it was for 10 years) but they declined it due to affordability. According to MTN it is like reapplying for a new account. This is not a new account i have had it for 10 years. My credit score is effected by a debt review status since 2014 of which I requested to exit the debt review and it is currently being handled in court. Regardless of my status I have always made sure my mobile phone is paid and now I am worried what will happen to my line. My current employer is willing to provide proof of my allowance. My old employer will not pay for the account as I am not employed there anymore SO WHAT DO I DO NOW?????????????????????????????????????????????? Do I move my number over to a new network ????????????????????????????????? PLEASE HELP MTN. The store said there is nothing they can do, your call centre said, there is nothing they can do :( :( :( :(
I DON'T WANT ANOTHER NETWORK! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
