I don't rate them well at all, I have been phoning them as from 8:00am till 9:40am still no assistance

On the 07 January 2025 I took a Home Router and after experiencing that it doesn't serve the purpose as it gets finished within few days, I then decided to return it back on the 23rd February after going to so many MTN store but due to the fact that they were all franchises, I took it to MTN Canal Walk I handed it over to a lady Danielle November with all the documentations needed, she then advised me to phone the 083135 and give over the IRMS number, on the 27/02/2025 I phone MTN and I was sent from back forth being told different stories as to who to phone to get the router cancelled as it is a month to month basis, some told me they see that I went to the store in Canal Walk but don't see the reason why I went there. I am so upset and angry that it is so easy and friendlier when you taking a device on contract but a struggle when it comes to cancellations, my contact details is ***
