I don't owe nothing. Update my credit profile.

Hi I recently found out that you have declared an account under my name as adverse on the credit bureaus websites. How is that even possible because I had a data sim card with you. No contracts were signed but I was paying for the service, If I didn't pay , you didn't send anything. How come now I'm owing you yet the account is no longer exists on your side because it was a transactional agreement. I pay , you give me data.. I don't pay you give me nothing. Please sort this thing out. It's ruining my credit score.
