I dont have an MTN account, but they are taking money from my bank account

Last month i wrote a review about MTN taking money off my bank account (R600). Even though I DO NOT HAVE CONTRACT WITH YOU!!!!

I was asked by you guys to send my details so that you could investigate, this money my account was debited R6000!!!!!!!!!

You clearly did not investigate and are still allowing this person to open contracts using my details.
