I do not receive my data or sms as per contract
I upgraded to a iPhone 6 at the beginning of October. I am supposed to get 200 free minutes, 500mb of data and I think 100 or 150 sms. For two months now I have only received 300mb of the 500mb an no sms. When we phone they say it has been loaded and it has not. This is now my second complaint on hello peter, the first was about the free 30gb of data. They responded on hello peter saying the matter would be escalated but still nothing. I am gatvol, because I pay each month with a debit order although I don't receive all the products I pay for. Seriously MTN its time to up your game! I want this matters to be sorted and I want my sms and free 30gb of data that was promised.
