I do not have an account with mtn

I get calls from Mtn about an outstanding bill which I do not have. It's been over a year now. They told me to get an affidavit stating that I do not have account with them, I did exactly that. They have never come back to me after investigations. Instead they have handed over the account to their collection department which harrasses me on a daily basis.
