Thier service is PATHETIC!!!!! I had a contract which ended in May 2024 and the debit order stopped to my Suprise when I checked on ITC I have a R70 default which no one knows what is it for and when I called I spoke to Mmama from collections she confirmed that I actually awe them R700??? but she doesn't know what is it for? and she referred me to their legal department which I held for 20minutes. I NEED MY PAID UP LETTER AND MY NAME TO BE CLEARED. I NEVER MISSED YOUR DEBIT ORDER AT ALL!!!!!
