I did not receive what I paid for.

So, I used the MTN app on my phone to purchase R100.00 airtime. I needed to make a call. I entered my bank details. Did all the steps as asked. Got the Otp code. Entered it. The money was reserved from my bank account. Yet I don't have the airtime ? I recieved notification that the payment was processed. I received the email notification. But my money is gone and I don't have the airtime I paid for. Terrible. My cell phone number is ***
