I DID NOT GIVE AUTHORITY FOR MY CONTRACT TO ME EXTENDED TO 36 MONTHS, LEAVE MY CONTRACT THE WAY IT IS!!!!

I am writing this review with frustration towards MTN and it's sales consultants, this is my first contract with the service provider but already my contract is extended without my authorization. I received an sms that my contract has been extended from R781.74 monthly installment to R419.09 as of 01 August 2020, who gave you authority to do that, it doesn't matter whether your sales consultants couldn't get hold of me or not that does not give you the right to make amendments on my contract and my debit account as you please just because I have a contract with you.

I have had a contract with Vodacom for more than 8 years, never have they upgraded or amended my contract without my Authority.

Lastly I have been debited R899.00 a month and to receive an sms saying I have been paying R781.74 monthly installment is very disturbing.

I really don't know what exactly is going on with my contract with MTN, Please do not amend my contract, I took a 24 months contract for a reason and if I need extension I will make my way to one of your branches.
