I did a refund request on 27/04/24 with MTN after they deducted from my account unauthorised and I was told to wait 7 day which I was okay with, until after 7 days with no refund

I did a refund request on 27/04/24 with MTN after they deducted from my account unauthorised and I was told to wait 7 day which I was okay with, until after 7 days with no refund. I then called to follow up on 06/05/24 and they said 24 hours. I then called after 24hours which was the 07/05/24 and they said money will reflect before close of business. And still I was not refunded, so today 08/05/24 I called and now they saying the need my banking details and I have to wait another 7 days The level of incompetence is appalling, I have never received such horrible service in my life. There’s no communication from the company at all, I have to make the calll everyday and everyday I get a new reference no. My name is Iyona Ntimbane and I would like feedback
