I curse the day i allowed MTN in my life for their most pathetic and unprofessional service

<p>I regret why I ever took a mtn contract. For the past 3 months I been struggling with mtn to investigate why every time I recharge airtime it disappears. I phone in the contact centre almost every time to speak to the *********** consultants and #so called team leaders/managers who give me lame excuses all the times and reference lists that never exist. The consultants are rude and not willing to help they even tell me there's nothing they can do as the airtime is taken by a 3rd party not "MTN". After struggling with this issue of my airtime I even went to the branch in cresta mall of which they failed to assist and told me there's nothing they can do. I then requested my contract to be cancelled so I can move to another service provider but upto 2 weeks no one has came back to me regarding my cancellation. I am being cheated as a consumer as I can't be paying for services I can't use and this is so heartbreaking cause every month am expected to pay for this contract while I can't recharge my line. Am disappointed by mtn and it's employees as this is my 3rd year of unpaid customer loyalty. No one bothers to come back to me and when I phone back always I discover the references I been given do not exist on their systems. Oh my God what was a thinking the day I walked into an mtn store.</p>
