i changed my debit date to the 26th

SOUTH AFRICA i am gatvol with mtn i called MTN two weeks ago to change debit date from the 20th to the 26th,to my surprise they debited today when i called them since last week there is no option to speak to a consultant,ITS ONLY SELF HELP I CANT WAIT FOR MY CONTRACT TO END im sick and tired please change my debit date to the 26th of every month
