I cashed out money on the 14th of January till today it haven't reflected on my bank it only shows pending

Mtn mobile its a ****.Since I cashed out my money to my bank on the 14th of January 2024 till today the money haven't reflected it just shows pending and I even called them and send them an email but they told me there's nothing they can do.
