I can’t with MTN

Guys, if all cellphone networks could jump off a cliff and disappear, I think the world would be one step closer to universal peace. But this is reality and I haven’t designed an alternative yet so. I’ll just vent instead.

MTN, please reimburse the airtime that I just bought. I obviously bought it with money I hardly have because we’re in the middle of a pandemic that yields non existent incomes. The calls I need to make are to try and get myself out of that very situation. But now, how? Please explain. We’re all struggling and I’d very much appreciate it if this isn’t another thing that I have to worry about. Can I have my money back or my airtime.
